Hi, I'm new- and I'm confused. I guess I'll start with 'where do I submit a character and where is the character submission sheet?' if that is in the 'Become us' board then I apparently need a password to enter it. I'm oblivious as to whether bonding refers to take animalistic attributes/style and gaining animal like appendages, or unless it is restricted to the three shown, I don't see any information towards any of this or the three species at present. Although this site is new, so I'm guessing that I may be a little ahead of time for any released guidelines to making a character.
I'd love to make a character with Fox like attributes, albeit name, but before I do so I just want to get a heads up as to 'the' restrictions so that I am not wasting my time. If this is un allowed, would someone perhaps suggest a good site that does approve of what I am looking for?

Ok, in order to join, you have to read the rules first. That's just to ensure that everybody follows them (even though it should be common sense anyway). And this RPG is where human can bond with either a dragon, alicorn, or a hippogryph. Like if you have ever seen Eragon, the boy (never seen the movie or read the book ^^) becomes a dragonrider so in which he and the dragon are bonded together by soul. And the three shown is the only creatures you may bond with, so sorry, no foxes. Yeah, I'm still tweeking any mistakes, fixing things, still putting things up. I will be posting up descriptions soon. But of course a dragon is a dragon, an alicorn is a unicorn and a pegasus (so a unicorn with wings), and a hippogryph is a griffin combined with a mare so it has an eagle's features in the front, but a horse's hind legs and butt basically. lol. And I really can't think of a site that would allow that. Hmm. There is a site called Elaan. That might work, you'll have to go check, though, as I am not entirely sure. That might also be a bonding site, too. But I would still check! This is Elaan. We're sorry that we cannot provide what you search for, but please do still consider joinin as a bonded character. Things will soon heat up, I promise! Or at least tell your friends of us to help spread the word. Thank you, Riley, Owner of Somnium

I've already told all of my friends. We each have a copy of both Erogan and Eldest, I also bought the special copy of Eldest because it's that cool. Although I haven't read them in a while, so I have forgotten a lot of facts. I haven't seen the movie because it didn't look too promissing to me, The picture of Brom that I had seen just lowered everything in me because I loved his character (I literally cried when he died) and the Brom seen in the movie looks nothing like the one I had in my head. I'll condier making a profile, but I still don't know where to find a character sheet. I had gone through all of the rules and stuff to find what I was looking for before my first initial post in this board, but found nothing.
Thanks for helping me out on this one.

It's an incredibly deep story, I can hardly say there is anything simple about it. Christopher Paolini, the author, started it when he was 14 if I recall correctly. Now he is in his late teens or early twenties, and Erogan was released last year some time, so he's spent a lot of time on the story. How he portrays the Elves is interesting, but also the bondage between man and beast and the transfer of feelings even though they are not physically connected.

Wow, that's awesome. I don't really feel like reading the book, so I think I'm just going to watch the movie. But then again I also heard that the movie is totally different from the book.
I'm reading a book right now called Dreamland by Sarah Dessen. It's pretty good so far. I've also read one of her other books, the Truth About Forever. I fell in love with it. You should check it out sometime.

Okay, I have read them bother. I own them both in hard copy as well as the audio version of them. I have to say I'm impressed by the tale he spun around the pair of them. I have to say it ma,kes a good rival for the series I am proud to call my life. Yes, you said it, Harry POtter. I can quote those books, and though the two aren't quite on the same lever, Eragon has deffinitly given Harry a decent rival.
When I heard they were turning it into a movie I gaggedm it wouyld be terrible, and, I was right. I saw it the other day. A complete waiste of time. Get the audio book and turn it on and leave it playing in the background. But you can not see that movie until you read the book. The book is amazing.....the movie sucks......What depresses me is they cut out my favorite character, Solembum.....as well has the who Gilliad scene. The movie sucks. I know they have to compress a long novel into a short movie. But please, it could have reached two hours. It was about an hour and a half of mysery.......Where the author does an amazing job so onme event leads toi the next is gone. IT's just a bunch of clashing swords in some random order........ BAD MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
